Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All products are made to order and are non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
