We ship all orders using The Courier Guy to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across South Africa.

 

Shipping Options
At checkout, you may select one of the following delivery methods:

• Door to Door – Delivered directly to your physical address. (1-3 business days) If given address is in a high-risk area, and additional amount will be required. 
• Locker to Door – Delivered from a secure locker location to your physical address. (3-5 business days)
• Door to Locker – Delivered to a selected courier locker near you for collection. (3-5 business days)
• Door to Kiosk – Delivered to a selected kiosk collection point for pickup. (3-5 business days)

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid delays.

 

Locker and Kiosk Deliveries

If you select Door to Locker or Door to Kiosk, you are responsible for:

• Confirming that a locker or kiosk location is available near you
• Providing the correct and clear locker or kiosk details at checkout
• Ensuring your contact details are correct for collection notifications

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or unclear locker or kiosk information.

 

Processing Times

As all items are made to order, please allow time for production before dispatch. Once your order has been completed and handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking details.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines depend on your selected shipping option and your location. While we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
